Today, I do not find it a coincidence that on International Women’s Day, I first glimpsed bluebonnets in bloom on my drive into work. Just like the bluebonnets in Texas, the women I work with supply a glimpse of raw beauty and an opportunity to witness professional and personal growth.
Our longest tenured employee, Kippi Halfin, is not only a beautiful Christian but she is strong and graceful. I absolutely love her caring of both work details and her relationships with clients and co-workers alike. She is best known at work as the women who got stopped and questioned at airport security for taking an empty name brand ice chest to clients in Australia.
Her work resume is even more impressive than her magnanimity. Kippi has experience implementing Dynamics AX and Dynamics NAV; Her certifications include General Ledger and Trade & Logistics, and she has Implemented all modules of the ERP system.
Her implementations include high profile clients like:
- Sulzer LTD
- Dallas Cowboys
- Dallas Mavericks
- Daisy Brand Sour Cream
- Priefert Ranch Equipment
- Merrick Pet Care
On top of that every spring and summer, she delights the office with her homemade jalapeno relish from her garden.
Cathy Dean is the managing director for our clients First MN location. I have witnessed the former food processing company CFO’s strength and personal resolve. While employed at that company her financial analysis during several acquisitions led to the company’s 100% growth rate. The Magna Cum Laude graduate fell in love with Dynamics AX during her tenure at the food processing company, and now is a managing director and project manager implementing Dynamics AX.
Nancy Phillippi, the sales and marketing manager talents include being generous and bringing high level advice to both the marketing and sales initiatives. She is responsive to clients even on Friday after 5pm. Can’t have a better example of leadership than that.
Bolun Han is our most degreed and well-rounded employee; her degrees include a M.S. in Information Technology Management, a M.S. in Chemical Engineering, and a B.S. in Bioengineering. Her love for yoga and learning have helped her balance Dynamics AX full cycle implementations, upgrades, go live support, and development of Dynamics AX Mobile technology, and iPad implementation for clients. As such our clients often request her presence in their up-coming projects.
Hope Enochs is our resident artist. For most of her 30 year career her canvas has been in managing ERP implementations in multiple industries including manufacturing environments, wholesale, retail, service providers, utilities, natural gas and public sector. She has even used her colorful skills in designing, developing and implementing project management methodology that tripled the number of implementations while still using the same number of resources. Hope is incredibly humble in spite of her genius often remarking, “I’m just a country girl.”
Jean McClelland describes herself as a Business Analyst with proven abilities to work with the big picture as well as dive into the details to shorten the path between where a company is currently and where it wants to be. She is engaged both in her work and in creating family unity.
Jeannie Cooper is another bright and degreed woman at Clients First. She possesses an MBA Accounting in process, a BS in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and a BBA in Project Management. The Cum Laude Graduate has over 15 years’ experience with software setups and testing, 10 years’ software training experience, and 5 years as an Accounting specialist with an emphasis on export documentation and logistics.
Jennise Streaty is our resident millennial, with an old soul. She is responsible for our website redesigns, and she is a gifted blog writer on Acumatica ERP and New Technology Trends.
Lisa Swaim is an experienced business consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. She is skilled in Dynamics AX: Finance, Business Process, Budgeting, Retail, Accounting, and Microsoft Access. We love her strong skills and laid back persona.
Mica Mitchell, our Customer Relationship Manager handles customer support and service requests. And wrangles cats, err consultants and developers to resolve issues.
Ramona Morrison, a former private sector VP of operations and logistics manager has over 20 years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, and Business Process Analysis and Improvement using Dynamics NAV.
Julie Skinner and Sheree Conti, the managing directors wives, work behind the scenes at Clients First, and can truly be summed up in this quote, “Behind every great man, there's a great woman.”
Me, I am so honored to work with such talented women at Clients First who help to make us a Gold Certified Microsoft Partner, and Gold Certified Cloud Service Provider. I, like Jennise, am privileged to be a top viewed ERP blog writer in 2016. When not at work I often hear, “I love you more than dinosaur’s love food,” from my five-year-old son. His non-cliché descriptive metaphor makes me think he will be a writer too.
Happy International Women’s Day. Thanks for letting me share the delightful women behind Clients First with you.
