I do not find it a coincidence that today, on International Women’s Day, I got my first glimpse this year of bluebonnets blooming on my drive into work. Just like the bluebonnets in Texas, the women I work with supply a glimpse of raw beauty and an opportunity to witness professional and personal growth.
Our longest tenured employee, Kippi Halfin, is not only a beautiful Christian, but she is strong and graceful. I absolutely love her caring for both work details and her relationships with clients and co-workers alike. She is best known at work as the woman who got stopped and questioned at airport security for taking an empty name brand ice chest to clients in Australia.
Her work resume is even more impressive than her magnanimity. Kippi has experience implementing Dynamics AX and Dynamics NAV; Her certifications include General Ledger and Trade & Logistics, and she has implemented all modules of the ERP system.

On top of that, every spring and summer, she delights the office with her homemade jalapeno relish from her garden.
Nancy Phillippi, the sales and marketing manager, is very generous in bringing high-level advice to both the marketing and sales initiatives. She is responsive to clients even on Fridays after 5pm. You can’t have a better example of leadership than that.
Bolun Han is our most degreed and well-rounded employee; her degrees include an M.S. in Information Technology Management, an M.S. in Chemical Engineering, and a B.S. in Bioengineering. Her love of learning has helped her balance Dynamics AX's full cycle implementations, upgrades, go-live support, and development of Dynamics AX Mobile technology, as well as iPad implementations, for clients. As such, our clients often request her presence in their upcoming projects.
Hope Enochs is our resident artist. For most of her 30 year career, her canvas has been in managing ERP implementations in multiple industries, including manufacturing environments, wholesale, retail, service providers, utilities, natural gas, and the public sector. She has even used her colorful skills in designing, developing, and implementing project management methodology that tripled the number of implementations, while still using the same number of resources. Hope is incredibly humble in spite of her genius, often remarking, “I’m just a country girl.”
Jean McClelland describes herself as a Business Analyst with proven abilities to work with the big picture in mind, as well as dive into the details to shorten the path between where a company is currently and where it wants to be. She is fully engaged both in her work and her family.
Jeannie Cooper is another bright and degreed woman at Clients First. She possesses an MBA in Accounting in Process, a BS in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and a BBA in Project Management. The Cum Laude graduate has over 15 years experience with software setups and testing, 10 years software training experience, and 5 years as an accounting specialist with an emphasis on export documentation and logistics.
Jennise Streaty is our resident millennial with an old soul. She is responsible for our website re-designs, and she is a gifted blog writer on Acumatica ERP and New Technology Trends.
Lisa Swaim is an experienced business consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. She is skilled in Dynamics AX: Finance, Business Process, Budgeting, Retail, Accounting, and Microsoft Access. We love her strong skills and laid back persona.
Mica Mitchell, our Customer Relationship Manager, handles customer support and service requests. She also aids consultants and developers in resolving issues.
Ramona Morrison, a former private sector VP of operations and logistics manager, has over 20 years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, and Business Process Analysis and Improvement using Dynamics NAV.
Julie Skinner and Sheree Conti, the managing directors' wives, work behind the scenes at Clients First in several capacities, and can truly be summed up in this quote, “Behind every great man, there's a great woman.”
