Clients First did not exhibit at the AME 2022 show, but we heard it was a tremendous success which is why we decided to join the show this year! Our vertical focus on manufacturing and MROs (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) is what keeps our company ticking! With 3000 manufacturers and industry experts coming together, along with over 1000 unique manufacturing companies in attendance we expect another great show.
This year marks the 7th annual regional show, which is expanding into a national event, drawing in over 8% of attendees from out of state, including those as far as California. AME 2023 will make full use of the 180,000 sq. ft. of show space at DeVos Place, conveniently located in the vibrant downtown area of Grand Rapids.

AME Story
AME Founder, Mark Ermatinger from Industrial Control – Zeeland MI, had been dreaming of an event like this for many years and is incredibly excited to see AME becoming one of the fastest-growing shows in the Midwest. Ermatinger, an expert in automation solutions, came up with the idea for a local automation expo out of frustration from traveling to Chicago for big shows where only a few local Michigan companies were exhibiting. "My goal was to provide a cost-effective local platform for local companies to network," explained Ermatinger.
Held over a two-day period in mid-August, the AME event primarily attracts attendees from within the state of Michigan, although it also sees participants from various other states across the country in 2021.
