ProMRO Offers the MRO Software Automation Your Team Needs to Make Sales Faster
Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO) companies all know the scramble to get a quote together and meet the customer’s requested due date. Quickly making accurate estimates with on-time delivery is the key to every MRO company's success. If your quote-to-cash process is disjointed, cumbersome and inaccurate, it's time for a modern MRO solution with quick, easy, automated accuracy capabilities. Consider what it's costing you in lost efficiency, time, and money. Then ask yourself, "what's the cost of doing nothing?" ProMRO, MRO software, is designed specifically to automate your maintenance estimate process so your teams can focus on making more sales.
Quote to Cash with ProMRO and Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain
ProMRO for Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain is the perfect solution for heavy equipment or aviation repair shops. ProMRO streamlines MRO businesses that provide services to turbines rotating equipment, pumps, engines, etc. In addition, ProMRO is embedded within Dynamics 365 to provide a global, enterprise solution that can also include multiple lines of business.
ProMRO Offers the Automation Your Team Needs to Make Sales Faster
If you utilize estimates in your aviation maintenance company, then you’ve probably experienced the scramble to get a quote together and meet the customer’s requested due date. Added complexity from multiple estimate centers makes this mad dash even more of a disruption to your day-to-day sales operations. ProMRO was designed specifically to automate your maintenance estimate process so your teams can alleviate the scramble and make sales faster.
The ProMRO solution sits on top of and works seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your teams will use easy-to-follow and intuitive screens to create new quotes. Easily start with an existing customer, or set up a new prospect record in seconds. Even look up historical quotes and repairs for the ultimate in customer service. The system relies on the quote required by date to ensure estimated tasks get completed on time to win the business.
The quote setup walks your team through capturing all the action items for the work that needs to be done. These are linked to your various estimate centers to ensure accurate quoting. Once completed, the system will automatically dispatch these actions to the estimate centers requesting they give us a quote. Each of your estimate centers will be notified they have work that needs to be completed. (Some MROs don't provide quotes to customers and all these steps are optional and will depend on your workflow.)
Specify the Quote Parts and Services in One System
Your estimators access the Services Tab to view the details and create the estimate. And all of this communication is in your system of record, not in email inboxes, or lost on someone’s desk.
The estimators can easily see all details on the Quote Language Tab. The system has a place for your estimator to outline any specifics that need to be included on the quote. They can add services to this estimate quickly by drilling down to the service details. They can select from pre-configured services which include details such as the:
- Price to be charged
- Steps that need to be completed
- Type and number of resources
- Total labor hours required for completion
- Special instructions for the work centers
- Related expenses or items related to tasks within the service
Once the action has been estimated and completed your salesperson will be notified so they can start working on the quote again and keep it moving. The action item statuses are automatically updated to Completed.
Now that the quote is completed, it's time to submit it to the workflow for optional internal approval. And once the quote is approved, it can be sent to the customer. The system has a place for you to capture whether the deal was won or lost, including the reason why which supports further sales analysis and detailed reporting. When your quote is accepted by a customer, you're ready to turn it into a project/work order so the job can get started.
